Friday Night Relax: Hands-on Energy Healing, Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, & Restorative Yoga

with Mikey Liau, Jodi Boone, and Zsi Zsi Sarosy

Join Jodi, Mikey, and Zsi Zsi for an evening of deep healing and relaxation. Mikey will play gongs and crystal singing bowls, Jodi will guide you through a restorative yoga practice, and while you are resting in your yoga postures, Zsi Zsi & Jodi will come to each person individually to give hands-on energy healing.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat,

• Hand towel or eye pillow to cover your eyes,

• Any favorite blanket or pillows you'd like to bring

Complementary mat rentals available. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided for class.

Tuition: $55
